i came across this blog today.

just a recap:

sara was diagnosed with breast cancer and has gone through chemo.
she has also been pregnant during this time.
the baby was born on september 8th.
but sara's health has declined rapidly.
i know this time is crucial.

please pray for them!
i know God can perform a miracle!
